I was relocated after Hurricane Harvey. I had to transfer my utility services to my new location. All was going smoothly until the gas was turned on. I noticed a really bad smell like rotten eggs. I called the gas company and they shut the gas off because a leak in the heating unit was discovered. Texas winters are mild so I was not in a hurry to get repairs done. Then, I thought, this is dangerous to leave untouched. I began asking friends from my church if they knew of a company that was reasonable and trustworthy to repair a gas leak. I was given the name of All Cool A/C and Heating Repair. I called and the young lady that answered the phone set me up with an immediate appointment. A young man named Matt came to my home. He asked me what was going on and I told him what I was experiencing. I showed him the notice the gas company gave me. He said with confidence and assurance, “I can take care of that.” Matt began checking everything. Your company sent a very professional representative to repair the heating unit. Matt took his time explaining to me what he was doing and even showed me a video of the gas leak…wow! I was blown away with his service. Thank you Matt for your exceptional service to me.
