I was relocated after Hurricane Harvey. I had to transfer my utility services to my new location. All was going smoothly until the gas was turned on. I noticed a really bad smell like rotten eggs. I called the gas company and they shut the gas off because a leak in the heating unit was discovered. Texas winters are mild so I was not in a hurry to get repairs done. Then, I thought, this is dangerous to leave untouched. I began asking friends from my church if they knew of a company that was reasonable and trustworthy to repair a gas leak. I was given the name of All Cool A/C and Heating Repair. I called and the young lady that answered the phone set me up with an immediate appointment. A young man named Matt came to my home. He asked me what was going on and I told him what I was experiencing. I showed him the notice the gas company gave me. He said with confidence and assurance, “I can take care of that.” Matt began checking everything. Your company sent a very professional representative to repair the heating unit. Matt took his time explaining to me what he was doing and even showed me a video of the gas leak…wow! I was blown away with his service. Thank you Matt for your exceptional service to me. You are a true blessing to me and I wish you and your company much success in continued growth. I will tell everyone of your service to me. Phenomenal work! Thanks again!

I just had my new A/C and furnace (combination system) installed by “All Cool A/C & Heating” and I could not be happier. Cody Bellamy and his crew were on time, courteous, and were really careful to install everything perfectly and clean up as if they were never there. They replaced only the ductwork that I needed, and never tried to charge me for any of the unexpected “add-ons” that arose. They even repaired my attic ladder! My dad said he chose Cody’s company because six companies had bid on this exact same system (4-Ton, Trane XR 16) and Cody was the ONLY one that was honest and didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need. One tried to sell us a new breaker we didn’t need and two others agreed to bid for the 4-ton Trane XR 16 system (as requested), then when they wrote up the bid, they tried a switch-a-roo to a cheap “Goodman” system! Astonishingly, the bids from these charlatans were still higher than All-Cool’s bid for the high-quality Trane. Buyers beware: these unscrupulous companies were all from Harris and Fort Bend counties. Cody’s honesty and integrity are obviously impeccable and I would highly recommend his company for any job where you need someone you can TRUST. FIVE HUGE STARS!

Our heater was not keeping our house warm and we know very little about A/C & heating systems. All Cool A/C & Heating was recommended on our Firethorne Face Book page. I called and spoke to Leslie. She was really nice and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. Eric arrived ontime and thoroughly inspected the unit. He determined that the unit was fine. No repair was needed! The problem was we were not operating the thermostat correctly. He patiently showed us how to properly use the thermostat. We have him scheduled to come back in the spring and check our A/C for the summer!! We are satisfied customers.

We recently had a new full A/C and heating system put in our home. Cody from All Cool came to our house to review our needs and give us a solid quote. His quote was competitive and very thorough including many improvements and small touches that others did not note. Before arriving we got a call from Cody to let us know the crew would be arriving within the half hour. It was a 2 day job and when they left the house after each day you would never know they had been there, clean as they found it. They completed the work on time and as described and expected.The equipment looks and works great. Cody came by a few days after installation to make sure we were happy and to arrange for his foreman to come by in another week to look things over and make any adjustments that we want. Hopefully we will not need a full new system for a long long time but any HVAC/Heating work we do need will go to All Cool A/C and we will recommend them to everyone we know.

Well unfortunately I had the daunting task of getting quotes to replace my entire A/C system. Luckily Cody with All Cool made is super simple, easy and affordable. I was busy working so I couldn’t be home when he came out, but my wife mentioned how polite he was and how he interacted with her instead of pretending she wasn’t there and assuming she knew nothing about our situation like some of the other guys we allowed into our home. Cody gave me all the information I was looking for even before asking which was super nice and made the process even easier. After approval All Cool came to the house the day after Christmas and installed the system in one day and we have been so happy with the work and the air flow it’s not even funny!!! Overall 5 star experience thanks again!

This A/C company is the best! Super professional, was on time and completed the job when the said they would. I had a new system with new drain put in the attic and new duct work, as well as some other things they fixed and brought up to code at no additional charge that the previous contractors failed to do. They actually go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. They know what they are doing, no hidden fees, not trying to sell you stuff you don’t need. Very honest company and I highly recommend them. They are not trying to rip you off. They treated my home like it was there’s, cleaned up all the debris from the job before they left. And to top it all off they sent me a thank you card with a very tasty gift to thank me for hiring them to do the job! Very nice touch! Thank you All Cool A/C and Heating!

I was having a problem with my A/C not coming on. I probably asked about 100 questions but Bryan was so patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me get my A/C back up and running! Thank you Bryan for your great service you were a life saver!

Called them early morning, they were out early afternoon and ascertained that repairs on 20 year old A/C would cost too much for parts. It would only be a “bandaid” fix. So I chose to put in a new A/C. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Since Texas heat is brutal, new A/C went in next afternoon and I am a very pleased and “cool” customer.

Justin D. Came out diagnosed a long term problem and repaired the problem quickly. I have a four zone A/C system with four separate thermostats. Two damper motors needed to be replaced and one needed to be rewired. Fairly straight forward A/C work. Where Justin showed his expertise was his ability to understand the way the system was being controlled by the circuit board. He adjusted the system so the air flow is now balanced. Each of the four zones now stay at the desired temperature thus reducing the cooling demand on the system and reducing my electrical usage. All Cool A/C & Heating solved a long term problem at one fourth the price quoted by another company a few years ago. I highly recommend them.

Eric was on time, courteous and quick in his assessment and repair. He answered all my questions and so far the repair has been working well. I like that he took the time to also explain the recommend items for my units and how they could improve the longevity of my units. I haven’t had those items done yet but if I decide to I willl have All Cool come back and do the work.
